Novell has a really good collection of art decorating it's halls. In a way we are fortunate that the company has taken the time to support the arts and improve it's work atmosphere, but at the same time it's a little unfortunate that this artwork will only be seen by the people who work here (who aren't necessarily individuals who appreciate art). So I thought it would be a good addition to our blog to do a regular feature that showcases some of the art we are fortunate enough to see everyday, and at the same time allow people who don't work here to have a chance to see those art pieces as well.
So, I'm starting a series of posts called Corporate art, which I will update at least weekly which will feature some of (and maybe someday, all of) the work on the walls here at Novell. There are hundreds of works here including paintings, collages, prints, and photographs, it's almost like walking through an art gallery, so there should be some interesting pieces to display.
